Natural high-function polyphenols and trehalose from natural pulp materials safely preserve the freshness of food.

High-Performance Freshness Preservation Sheet "Isshin Tasuke"

For preventing discoloration and oxidation of fresh fish, meat, vegetables, etc., and for maintaining quality! Please use it by wrapping, laying, or sprinkling.

"Isshin Tasuke" is a high-quality ceramic fiber non-woven fabric that incorporates photonic fibers to improve thermal conductivity efficiency through far-infrared radiation. It moderately absorbs the drips from the surface of fish and meat while simultaneously promoting oxygen activity within the tissue and retaining an appropriate amount of moisture, significantly preserving the freshness of the ingredients.
